1) ( 10% ) 按照比例冻结保证金 (如：10%，就是起拍价CNY ¥1000元的商品冻结CNY¥ 100元保证金)
2) (20) 按照每件拍品冻结保证金（如：填写CNY ¥20，就是每件商品冻结CNY ¥20，与商品起拍价无关）
